Two data and real estate nerds with a shared love for solving big problems.

Dr. Kate Jarvis has a Stanford PhD in Linguistics and has spent over a decade at the helm of startups in Silicon Valley and London. Yes, the PhD is handy for AI—but also for winning Scrabble.

Johnny Morris brings 17 years of experience building data-driven products for some leading companies. He knows the real estate industry’s biggest headaches like the back of his hand—and has a gift for creating the tech to solve them.

Oh, and they also believe in building businesses differently—with compassion, curiosity, and an obsession for innovation. (Bad puns? Absolutely. But that’s just part of the charm.)
